We have dedicated Case Managers to ensure a trouble free admission, hospital stay and comfortable discharge. Our Case Managers specialise in Pre-admission, Orthopaedics and Medical Case Management. Their extensive knowledge and resources in our local community ensures Bellbird leads the field in this area of patient care and allows us to maintain excellence in service delivery and patient care.
Our Day Procedure Unit provides a high standard of quality care and patient service, whilst maintaining a friendly relaxed but professional atmosphere. We encourage one member of your family or a close friend to accompany you to the theatre complex. Alternatively our staff will ensure your nominated contact person is informed of your progress and pick up times.
